Sandy and Lisa are a mother and daughter partnership and have two branches of their business operating in Holton near Halesworth and Earsham near Bungay. Each morning a freshly prepared meal is produced for their elderly customers in these local areas. The food is delivered hot and ready to eat direct to their customers home.

The meals on wheels service is available Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Meals are delivered between 11.45am-1.30pm.

The Hot Meal Service offers full flexibility and customers are not obliged to commit to five days per week. A customer is free to choose the days that suit them with the option of frozen meals being available for weekends. These are served in a strong microwavable container and delivered with their meal on a Friday.

The Hot Meal Service not only ensures that elderly people receive an appetising hot meal each day, we also provide a reassuring service to family members. By visiting daily, we will always raise any concerns to them that we may have regarding the general wellbeing of our customers. We can be a safety line, as we will raise the alarm should a customer not be responding to our visit, allowing us access to check that all is as it should be. This is an invaluable part of the personal service we offer.
