COOKING & PRODUCE INFORMATION

The Hot Meal Service pride themselves on quality. All the food is cooked fresh each morning using fine locally sourced produce. Cooking starts at 7.30am and meat is simmering for several hours to ensure a delicious tender taste.
There is no microwave present in the kitchen all food is cooked traditionally in the oven or on the hob.

 

Meals are served in foil containers and then transported in special heat retaining bags to ensure the meal is delivered hot and ready to eat upon arrival.


The four week menu is kept very traditional and offers plenty of variety so there is something for everyone. All main meals are served with two vegetable portions and mashed or roasted potatoes, or salad in the summer months. 

 

All meat used is sourced locally from Clarkes Farmers Butchery in Bramfield who offer a daily delivery service, ensuring only the freshest produce is used. 

Fresh vegetables are delivered each week from The Pavilion in Beccles. The Hot Meal Service are firm believers in supporting local businesses!
