Thursday - Salmon fillet in parsley sauce/Lemon sponge & custard
Friday - Chicken & mushroom pie OR Quiche & salad/Tiramisu

 

Week 3

Monday - Cottage pie/Cheesecake & cream
Tuesday - Steak & kidney/Fruit tart & custard
Wednesday - Roast beef/Trifle
Thursday - Pork & leek sausages in onion gravy/Chocolate brownie & custard
Friday - Chicken & chorizo Stew with rice OR Egg & cheese salad/Strawberries & cream

 

Week 4

Monday - Beef in Guinness/Lemon tart & cream
Tuesday - Shepherds Pie/Fruited jelly & custard
Wednesday - Roast chicken/Trifle
Thursday - Sliced pork with apple & herb stuffing/Coconut sponge & custard
Friday - Fishcakes with Cauliflower Cheese OR Coronation chicken salad/Bakewell tart & custard
