Due to the current situation regarding the coronavirus outbreak, we would like to reassure all of our customers and their relatives that as a business we are doing all that we possibly can to protect our customers from infection.

As of immediate effect we are implementing the following;

• All our drivers have been issued with hand sanitizer gel, of which will be applied prior to each individual customer visit.

• We will not authorise any driver to visit our customers if they are displaying any of the symptoms connected to the corona virus.

• Upon meal delivery, where possible our drivers will make a conscious effort to keep at a reasonable distance away from our customers.

• Upon request, meals can be left outside your property or in a safe place to avoid unnecessary contact.
   

We do not wish to cause anybody any alarm, however the actions we are implementing are to comply with the current government guidelines and recommendations.

We endeavour to do our very best to continue to provide a service to all of our customers during this uncertain time.  However please be aware that due to the severity of the situation, this could potentially lead to staff shortages and our service could unfortunately be temporarily disrupted.  We ask that you please bear with us at this challenging time.
